PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Now that you’re excited and looking forward to your appointment, here are the precare instructions to get your skin and beautiful canvas ready for the best results.
Things to avoid
Refrain from consuming alcohol 24 hours before your appointment
Avoid caffeine the morning of your appointment and any blood thinning medications including: Advil, Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, and fish oils 72 hours prior your appointment to prevent excess bleeding
Ensure that any waxing, threading or tinting is done 2-3 days prior to your appointment day to allow your skin to heal
Allow 3-4 weeks time between getting any botox / fillers and booking your service
Avoid chemicals peels or any laser treatments 2 weeks before your appointment
Refrain from use of any Retinol products for 2-3 weeks prior to your appointment
Special precare for LIP BLUSH CLIENTs
Including all the above, the following is highly recommended to ensure the best results and most comfortable experience.
A week before your appointment, please be sure to exfoliate your lips 1-2 times (a home-made scrub with honey & sugar works like a charm)
Keep your lips nice and moisturized throughout the day with a high-grade lip balm such as Aquaphor (dry lips cannot be worked on)
Stay hydrated!!!
If your have had a history of cold sores, please see your doctor for a prescription of prophylactic medications to take a few days before and post procedure - This is to prevent an outbreak.
