Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your appointment and will of course be credited towards your total of services booked.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. For any reasons that you may need to reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and a new one would be required to book another appointment and subject to the current price-list.

Late / No-shows

Being punctual for your appointment is crucial as there are other clients booked on the same day. Coming to your appointment more than 20 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your appointment will being cancelled.

Please note - It is very important that you notify the studio if you know are you are going to be late.

Expectations and Results

Healed results will vary. Important measures and guidelines are provide to give you, the client, optimal results, However, due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing, there are NO GUARANTEES made. We as artists do not have control over the varying outside factors (including healing process, lifestyle, and skin type) that contribute to the final results. Refunds will not be given.

PReviously Tattooed BROWs, LIPS, EYES

If you have had a permanent makeup procedure previously done on the same area you are wanting to currently book for - you must email a clear photo before your appointment can be confirmed. In order to give you the best results, it is very important that the artist can see and assess what they are working with and if it can be successfully worked on.

Touch-ups AKA Perfecting Appointment 

Touch-ups are no longer complimentary as healing times vary from person to person and application of thorough aftercare instructions for optimal results is not always followed. This appointment is just to perfect what was done initially and does not include altering the shape or adding different techniques; if you wish to do so, additional charges will apply. Please note - it will be the client's responsibility to schedule their touch-up appointment accordingly.
